Steam Boiler Feed Pump

If ya really have a 100 gal condensate tank, I'd convert it to a boiler feed tank by installing a MM 157 as the pump controller/ primary LWCO, and maybe a probe type secondary LWCO. You will have to install a make-up water feeder into the BFT also.

MM 67
can a McDonald Miller 67 LWCO be adapted to a boiler feed pump control? Current system has a very large receiver ( close to 100 gallons, and a ½ hp pump. Need to control rate of boiler condensate feed. Currently, it has, I believe a 51-2, and the boiler is over feeding.

LWCO
I do not have my books here but; I think the 67 is a LWCO with alarm contacts, and the 51-2 is a water feeder so it sounds like you do not have a pump controller. I think a bit more info is needed to help you.0
