Can somebody tell me what the proper tool to open a Wirsbo radiant manifold end cap purging valve is?

At first I thought it was the same as a key for venting a radiator.. Nope.

Then I thought perhaps a socket would do.. metric or SAE.. nope.

I am thinking maybe I need a stop key wrench? Any clue as to what size (1/4?)

The wrench is on the other side of the screw on cap.
