You might try two gauges -
(1) Pressure Gauge w/ an isolation ball valve
(1) Temperature Gauge in a separable well or
strap on Temp Gauge (not as accurate)
We sell Winters gauges which are pretty nice, but still have occasional problems with the T&P gauges. On the package boilers we sell the manufacturer supplied T&P gauges are probably the biggest warranty problem we have.

I have a plug on the elbow of a return manifold that is crying for a nice, accurate temp and pressure gauge.
Brand/model suggestions?
Thanks.0 -
Never found a good one yet! They never seem to last always out of wack or built up with condansation. I would sure like to know if the is a good one out there.0 -
I am trying to get one also but I haven't been able to find it. I was looking for PSI and Vaccum reading for my New Yorker Steam Boiler.0 -
still looking
Suggestions? Weiss? Would like to get a decent one on the first try. Thanks.0 -

Weiss
I second your nomination. Weiss does a good job with their gauges.0 -

Condensation
Try using a gauge extension with the loop built in. It traps moisture to keep it away from the gauge for longer life.
