A new heating system for an old house

Collene
Member Posts: 1
I currently live in a house built in 1850. It is a Federal House that is broken up into 6 condo's. Our heat is not seperate and our heating system is about 40 years old and may not have much time left. Ideally, we would like to get a new system that has 6 seperate meters. Can anyone recommend a system and a company for us to contact. Thank you. Collene
