Upstairs radiators not working after being off for a years

Hey apreciate any help I can get. I am a computer consultant pretty good electrician and okay plumber. I saw the thread on the upstairs radiators and will try it out. My question is does anyone have a schematic or descriptive layout so that I can understand my boiler radiator system better. I love the look and feel of the radiant heat and want to refurbish the radiators as i remodel the house. I do not however know that much about the functionality of the system. thanks in advance....
