Radiant Engineering in Montana makes them and aren't too far from the border :) They are also a Caleffi dealer and might be able to shake the tree for you. Give them a call at 406.587.3442...their customer service is excellent.

I have heard good things about them too

but have never seen a completed web-site. Just to browse at least.

I have heard excellent product engineering and nice after-market vent cowls. Would love to be able to browse them a bit more though!

A visit to Radiant Engineerings shop

will show you everything from hand crafted bicycle frames to custom built stainless steel square tube manifolds and low loss headers.

A clever bunch, and some of the brightest here, Andrew included, have worked at that company. Pack for a long visit, Dale like to talk.

Too bad he has been banned from the list. He has a lot to offer this industry. Do "time outs" expire?

    LLH

I spent 7 years at Radiant learning the ways of hydronic heating from Dale and Bob. I believe Radiant has quite a few LLH's in stock right now. They are all powder coated 304 stainless steel. The 2X2 is currently available. It has two 1/2" ports in the top for the air vent and thermowell, one 3/4" port in the bottom for the drain. The 2X4 was something I was working on before I left, and the photo is of the prototype. The 2X4 has two 1/2" ports on top for the air vent and thermowell and two 1/2" ports on the bottom for the drain and expansion tank. Supply and return piping offset 1 5/8" (one unistrut depth) to accomodate up-feed or down-feed piping with a minimum of fittings. I do not know if they plan to refine the design and build these in the future. The 2X2 version has worked very well.

Is there any thing inside of the square tubing like baffles or does it mix on its own. Thanks
