Radiant Engineering in Montana makes them and aren't too far from the border They are also a Caleffi dealer and might be able to shake the tree for you. Give them a call at 406.587.3442...their customer service is excellent.0 -
I have heard good things about them too
but have never seen a completed web-site. Just to browse at least.
I have heard excellent product engineering and nice after-market vent cowls. Would love to be able to browse them a bit more though!0 -

A visit to Radiant Engineerings shop
will show you everything from hand crafted bicycle frames to custom built stainless steel square tube manifolds and low loss headers.
A clever bunch, and some of the brightest here, Andrew included, have worked at that company. Pack for a long visit, Dale like to talk.
Too bad he has been banned from the list. He has a lot to offer this industry. Do "time outs" expire?

LLH
I spent 7 years at Radiant learning the ways of hydronic heating from Dale and Bob. I believe Radiant has quite a few LLH's in stock right now. They are all powder coated 304 stainless steel. The 2X2 is currently available. It has two 1/2" ports in the top for the air vent and thermowell, one 3/4" port in the bottom for the drain. The 2X4 was something I was working on before I left, and the photo is of the prototype. The 2X4 has two 1/2" ports on top for the air vent and thermowell and two 1/2" ports on the bottom for the drain and expansion tank. Supply and return piping offset 1 5/8" (one unistrut depth) to accomodate up-feed or down-feed piping with a minimum of fittings. I do not know if they plan to refine the design and build these in the future. The 2X2 version has worked very well.
