wood boiler piping

I'm trying to get a 20+ year old Kerr wood boiler back online, that has never worked properly. This is the diagram from the company's website, pretty close anyway. It is almost piped like this too. I think they are using the oil fired boiler as a buffer tank. Is it alright to run the wood boiler through the unfired oil boiler? The electric controls are set up for that too. The company diagram has a pressure, not a temp and pressure relief valve, on the wood boiler, with the drain from the relief valve piped into the boiler over the firebox, to put out the fire I guess? Would I be able to add a Superstor to the wood boiler in the future? Any thoughts or comments? Thanks, Bob Gagnon
