Gary the primary feeds the secs in parralel. I also did a reverse return with the primary.

So I guess the piping method would be described as parralel primary secondary tertiary reverse return.

This sytem is made for perfect balance.

Okay I don't like to show off too much but I had to cram alot into a tight space. She isn't wired yet but here is a teaser. Also the expansion tank is hidden behind the wall.

    Nice!

Josh that is one sweet looking install! A piece of art like that should have it's own room, not closet! Pics aren't the best quality though, it's tough to see your piping strategy. What are the heat emmiters?

    Beautiful

Is that aluminum sheet on the wall? Do you do anything to create that finish? I like the Tekmar controls in the enclosure.

Andrew, the background is stainless steel. We do a few things for the finish on both stainless and the copper pipe but that is a family recipe that I can't give out. It does last though. The pipe will retain it's shine for years.

Such things need their own web cam 24/7

Looks like the fancy innards of the bionic man, and stainless steel no less, it'll be indestructible.

Very neat, Josh, thanks for sharing the pleasure.

Very nice work! I have to say...I've seen more people who take pride in their work on "the wall" than i've seen in the last 20 years anywhere. All of you who strive for perfection like this should be very proud! Thanks for the pics!

  • Now THAT is a compliment...

Josh, you probably don't know hb from Adam, but let me tell you, you have just received the ultimate compliment from what I and others consider the Master of Hydronic Beauty.

Great job. Show case for sure.

Not to try an take away from your galleria, but here's an example of hb's work.

I too hope you make money:-)

There is the labor of love, but it don't pay the bills.

My gosh thanks for the great compliments guys. HB I will treasure the compliment. Coming from you that is worth remembering.

As for making money yes we did. This project took about 7 weeks to complete. We had two air handlers with returns in every room, humidifiers, de-humidifiers, 18 seer heat pumps, and sup-pure air purifiers. In addition we had a Rehau sprinkler system, 3 44" propane fireplaces, and patio heaters.

Not shown are two Superstor Ultra 80's for the 19 GPM shower.

Jamie I really the the Net4 system. It allows the kind of control a home "should" have. I have quite a few Net4 installations out there and not one problem.

Oh my! Your level of craftsmanship is truly exceptional. You're not bragging--you're showing what is possible.

A few months ago you asked for a critique of your new website. It was filled with superlatives. I recall saying something along the line of, "no problem with superlatives as long as you deliver".

If the operation, fuel efficiency and versatility match this craftsmanship then your superlatives are understatments!

    Beautiful...

That's some really tight work in a very small space. Neat too!

Is there a reason the (TN4?) controllers are behind a locked panel? Are you guys worried about little hands changing the reset curve? :-P

Thanks for the very kind (and humbling) words, ME.

Amazing work like I see from Josh makes up for all of the .......well, let's just say substandard work I see everyday.
