GB142 with Buffer Tank?

I'm wondering if anyone is installing GB 142s or any mod/con boilers with buffer tanks.
I have an AM10 taking care of outdoor reset and a Tekmar system that controls the zones and closes the TT contacts to the AM 10 when it needs hotter water. When only one or two radiant floor zones are calling for heat, the AM10 brings the water up to temp quickly but because the load is so low, the boiler shuts off. Then because of the anti-short cycle feature of the 142, even though the Tekmar is telling the AM10 to start the boiler, it will only start again after the boiler control waits for it's 10 minute cycle to end. So the boiler water temp drops way down in between.
Although this control system might seem untraditional, even if I put a full Tekmar tN4 system in to both control the zones and modulate the GB, I believe the problem of wide swings in boiler water temp would still exist.
Since Buderus says there is no way to circumvent the anti short cycle feature of the GB 142, it seems like a buffer tank would help give some more load to the boiler and even things out.
Opinions? Thanks.
