the steel compression rings for RTI pipe. If you can find a supplier in your area that used to deal with the stuff OR a Uponor dealer, you should be all set.

    How do I connect/

We're starting a rather complex radiant/solar job, Viessmann stuff, sweet job. The HO ran some pex in the slabs before we got involved. He ordered this semi-ugly wooden box thing that I guess is meant to go right in the ground. Well, we will be fastening the manifold in a traditional fashion and hate to think i'll need to have the guys un-sweating the pex/compression adaptors.

My question is: Can we buy new adaptors and toss these headers (HO says he can't return them, don't know why) (we have two radiant systems/two slabs), or can we hook up to generic 1/2" pex fittings with NO problems?

    Thanks,

    gary
