Radiator feet

Does anyone have a source for feet for cast iron radiators? I have a customer that needs 8 of them. The feet are more like 4" tall stands that the radiator sits in. 4 required per radiator.
Thanks,
Bob

They show up OCCASIONALLY on ebay, but I've never seen more than 4 at a time and I never recall seeing 4".

A good woodworker should be able to turn some from a true hard wood. If trade schools/universities anywhere near you still actually offer classes in metal casting, this might make a reasonable project for a beginner.

    You can always...

If you need a new hobby, you can cast your own out of aluminum. Really quite easy -- you can make a blast furnace with the next old Beckett you come by. Sand casting is really quite simple.

I'm serious here. They sell kits to make your own castings. Just think of how many radiator feet you could sell, in all sizes, no less.

It may be such a success you'd never turn a wrench again.

Thanks for the replys fellas. I can fabricate anything and I did also search e-bay. What I was hoping for was that maybe someone here knew of a place that still produced or salvaged these radiator feet.
    Thanks,
    Bob

    A WAG

Don't know if this helps, but you could try home salvage places - secondchanceinc.org is one on the web, 'though I'm sure there are more. I didn't see radiator feet, but a phone call or e-mail might turn up something.
