SS vs Glass
With the stainless steel Triangle Tube tank, you shouldn't need to be checking the anode rods. Most would say that it's a better choice.
How chlorinated is your water?0 -
make sure water is tested
I have had issues with stainless steel back in the days when I would ask the home owners if they had hard water, funny they always would say "no" or " a little". Then a year later I would be back removing the tank and putting in a new one. Then test the water to find in was 3 to 4 times beyond hard. Once a water softener was installed never a problem. I am partial to the Buderus tanks with the big anode rods and clean out hatches mmyself though.Cost is what you spend , value is what you get.
