concord furnace combustion chamber replacement

This is the same as Armstrong, Ducane, Lennox. No, they are not successfully replaceable. Armstrong would like to see you replace the heat exchanger instead. Not too bad of a job on these.

    Concord?

Unfamiliar with the brand. Are you sure its a furnace, not a boiler?

Typically, when the chamber goes bad, the rest of a furnace is also near death. If this is not the case, perhaps a search for the manuacturer and replacement parts might show an exploded view, suggesting what may be involved in the repair?

If it is a boiler, many makers of "one-size-fits-all" chambers are viable.

Most any oil furnace can have it's chamber replaced . There is a fiber type material that forms a chamber inside the combustion heat exchanger. The fiber can fail and that can then dammage the heat exchanger itself. Those are not our favorite furnace we would probably elect to replace the entire furace.

    Concord is

just an Armstrong/Lennox unit. We've never had to do it since they are so new. But now that the oil guys know what it is, they can tell you better.
