Two WH, 40kBTU each, and 162k boiler. Tables I looked at say sizing is good, but which section deals with the order in which they connect? And which section deals with double / vs. single wall? Old WH connector was split right down the top, and sagged everywhere. I will strip the tape tomorrow. Old WH connection was stuck next to the old boiler connection through some knocked out bricks...unbelieveable. Suggestions for venting changes?
Just a guy running some pipes.

manifold
In the 2006 fuel gas code the picture is on page 160 figure G.1(k) 13.2.4 on page 115 is the detail. You have a 10% common vent reduction at the manifold and the length can't exceed 18 in/in of common vent connector diameter. The upslope is the std 1/4 in/foot and the support is the same as any other vent connector. Using b vent for the manifold is an excellent way to max vent effect.0
