Any ideas on taking down a 1950's vintage fire tube water boiler. 2.2 million btu's Gordon-Piait Burner. I'll take as much as I can off but what about the fire tubes and fire box. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It went in...it MUST come out. Find or research the installers, and follow the trail. If it was done properly, it's there. If not...good luck. Been there, done that, got the battle scars. Check on insurance records. They will have it, again..if it was done to code. Chris0 -
Watch out for the tube sheet...
You will find out why attornies use the term "boiler plate" when you get to that part of the vessel.
Be prepared, and support it during deconstruction, and make sure you have room for it to fall clearly. I've cracked concrete with falling tube sheets before...
