When it comes to flawless installs you are unmatched! I really like your idea of using a veiga manifold and telestats with pex wips rather than copper. Eliminates the need for a purge set up as well! Curious, do you reley on the hy vents on the saftey header and on the veiga manifold for air elimination or do you add a spirovent? Also, is it a huge time saver using the manifold versus hard piping with sweat in zone valves? looks like it is!

    Twisted power!

I'd straighten that box out, but nice clean work!

Thankyou for your kind words but "flawless" might be pushing it a bit. I like the manifolds also, they are expensive but quick and easy to install.Veiga is now using chinese components which I always find a little scary. The "safety header" is actually just a 1-1/2" Taco air scoop with a 3/4" ball valve on top.Even without the long straight run to the inlet of the scoop it works really well.I find with most setups like this purging is not necessary.Have you noticed Tacos' scoops are made in India? I always wonder what those Indian foundries look like.
