No rules of thumb! You must do a Heat Calculation to get "Your" average! This guess and bygosh stuff is just of no use! There are parameters where you live and the conditions of you structure that make "Avarage " go bad!

in floor pex
Is there an average amount of 1/2 " pex per sq /ft of floor? just installed 300 ft, 2 150' loops in a 15 x20 ft room, 1 foot per sq/ft, to be embedded with 1 1/2 of concrete. hoping this seems right , most tubes are on 12" centers. welcome any comments.....thank you wallies..mike0
