I believe steamhead has hit the nailo on the head i believe it's a hydrolevel lwco electronic .Installed a peerless that came equipted with it did not like the fact that it cycles the burner on self test .On the system i did the t stat cycles the boiler not yet has it cycled on the pressurtol because of this stupid self test the boiler ends up with a lag in producition of steam giving me slight distrubtion promblems with end of the run rads on second floor and over heating on the rads near the boiler closer to the stat .At least that's my thoughts but this job also has the issue of very old original traps that are in need of replacement and my buddy didn't mention this to the HO which was the first thing i said besides replacing a clogged and leaking semi buried wet return and the HO i believe thinks that should have been included in the price and really doesn't want to pay more but was informed of possible replacement of .Is it me or is it everybody with steam traps on there rads all mostly always refuse to do maintance or replace unless there frezzing peace clammy

Hey Ed,
how you been? What about the lwco, loose wire on probe maybe. John0 -
Or
is it one of those LWCO units that shuts down every so often by design? Hydrolevel maybe?
