HVAC/MEP Consultant

To gut the place and start over. Sounds as though the remodle is just too large for a remodle. Right off the bat I'll bet a new boiler is needed. If you just use the old piping you could be in for a remodle after remodle just to repair leaks. Over all, a new system, completely will remove any future problems of old origin.
The Hot water radiation systems that can be installed using the newest flexible piping, modulating boilers, and radiant panels could upgrade your property into the next century. Do not be in a hurry for your upgrade. Time is on your side in this beginning process!

    Looking for HVAC/MEP consultant

I am looking for an HVAC/MEP engineering consultant for a small job in Brooklyn.
As part of a renovation I need help with the following:
1)I have a 4 floor rowhouse with a 1 pipe steam boiler system that I want to modify - I want to tap off this system to heat a new greenhouse and the cellar space which is currently unheated.
    2) I want to add split system air conditioning to the lower 3 levels of the house.
    3) I want to upgrade the electrical service to the building.
    4) I may need to do some upgrading of the plumbing system.
    5) I need to add a small number of sprinkler heads to an open stair.

Does anyone know of an engineer or company in my area who they could recommend for this type/scope of work?
