Hydronic Water Jacket

I recently got my hands on a Wood/Coal/Oil fired forced air furnace. I hate forced air heat and was wodering about the possibilites of fitting this furnace with a water jacket to allow for hydronic heating. I have some ideas on how this could be accomplished, but was wondering if anyone has tried this before?? I know that there are DIY outdoor wood boiler plans out there so i believe it it possible. Any thoughts, ideas, ect. would be helpful. Thanks in advance!!!!

Sounds Frankenstein-ish to me
Why not trade it off for the correct one? Someone would love to have that unit, as is. There are a lot fewer FA wood burners than hot water styles.
