Floor heat

I live in the sunny south, well sunny most of the time. I have forced hot air in my house, hate it. The problem is one room. It was a porch that was converted into a playroom. The floor is very cold. and hence the room is cold. The walls are full of insulation and I crawled underneath and there is lots of insulation between the joists. The floor inside is linoleum, over plywood. There is one vent from the current heating system that runs to this room but it isn't enough. I was planning on doing something to the floor. Is there anything I can install under a floor covering to warm up the floor and hence the room? The room is about 14x14. Can I put down some sort of electric "radiant"? Then what could you put over it? Carpet? Wood? Tile? Any advice would be welcome.
Thanks
