Plastic Tubing for HW Baseboard ?

I am building a new vacation home and noticed the loops for the baseboard have been roughed in with plastic tubing. My plumber is using Pex for the plumbing but I never saw anyone use plastic in place of copper for baseboard loops. I beleive the tubing is made by Wisbro. Is this acceptable ? Is there anything I should watch for ?
    Thanks

Your plumber is doing right by you,
The main reason these days is the cost of copper makes installation more $$.
Pex or Pex-Aluminum-Pex is acceptable and rated for baseboard applications. With pex you may want to check if enough hangars are used, as pex tends to expand and droop .
I'm moving toward Wirsbo Multicor (PAP) these days to replace copper, PAP is sturdier, leaving the copper stuff around the boiler.
    Enjoy your vaction home.

Chuck this is one case where size matters

but Wirsbo PEX tubing is fine as long as it is PexAlPex or HePex tubing, asuuming that there will be some ferris metals in the system steel/cast iron boiler, circulators, extrol tank etc otherwise the oxygen will corrode those pieces.

I like the name "Wisbro" much better than "Wirsbo" or "Uponor"!
Wirsbo hePex is fine for heating, but if run through interior spaces where expansion may be a problem use Wirsbo Multicor or any pex w/ an aluminum layer.
