Convert a radiator to underfloor

Radiant floors use less temp than your rads, and you would need a seperate circulator and a mixing valve for this. I would think kits that are available are for an entire system, and not advisable for the HO with no experience to install. Best to find a pro for this...

Convert a radiator
Is it possible to convert a single central heating radiator to underfloor heating?
I wonder if there is a kit to attach to the radiator pipework which can be routed under the floor?
If this sounds foolish its because I have little knowledge of heating systems..
