all the rads are completely hot before it starts to cycle, and everything heats evenly, you should be OK.

Howdy! just did the main pipe insulation and am now cycling on pressure toward the end of the burn. It was a warmer day. At what point does this become bad? Is some cycling on pressure ok? Thanks. T.0 -
Thanks for the reply. I dropped my run time from 80 min to 50 min. from the same outside temp day last year. This could be a 25% reduction in fuel.0 -

how to track your oil consumption on a gallons-per-degree-day basis? This will give you some very meaningful numbers. Go here for degree-day info:
