Short cycle

New to short cycling. I just added a ton of pipe insulation to my oversized boiler's main piping. The system as expected, is cycling on pressure. Cycles about 3 times in the 50 min cycle toward the very end. If I add the rest of the insulation I expect the cycling to become more apparant. Question at what point is the cycling costing me efficiency because of the starting and stopping of the boiler? The remaining exposed piping is inside of , and under living space so its loss is not a total waste.
