Flue Gas Analyzer

I am looking for other companies who make combustions analyzers for labs. I have found only one so far ECOM. There ECOM Rack system has all the features I am looking for. I need a system that will measure high efficiencies up to 99%, has CO protection, has outputs so I can capture all the info with LAB view and has the full range of sensors that the ECOM Rack unit has. If anyone has any suggestions as to what other companies make a comparable product it would be helpful.

    Three companies that also

are in the biz come to mind; perhaps not for constant monitoring, but sampling nonetheless:

    Testo, Lynn and Bacharach.

Each has a website for you to peruse I'm sure. A google search of "combustion analyzers" would also open a few more doors.

Call Bacharach at 800-736-4666, they've written the book and still are, ask for Jim Mowery, very helpful and knowledgeable.

    Hi Josh

Probably the PCA2 will give you all the info you need; O2, CO either up to 2,000/20,000, NO, NO2, SO2 and stack temp. A second internal pump kicks on in the event of a sensor over range condition and the instrument data logs up to 500 points of reference.

Give me a call if you have any questions. 421-576-1350.

And by the way, the PCA2 (including the cb) is made in America, by Americans!!!

    Kw Electronics

You had best phone Jeff Cox at KW electronics in Waterloo. (same phone as Viessmann - just ask for Jeff). Truly cool analysers to fit your needs. (I demo'd only - but if the Kane May dies .......)
