I dont think <a href="http://tds.loctite.com/tds5/docs/565-EN.pdf"target="_blank">565</a> or <a href="http://tds.loctite.com/tds5/docs/592-EN.pdf"target="_blank">592</a> will do it, but I have used <a href="http://tds.loctite.com/tds5/docs/545-EN.pdf"target="_blank">545</a> which worked great.

Sealing threads

Has anyone ever used this sealant to put together 1/2 ips to 1/2 straight fitting? Do you need tephlon?
