ID'ing wall furnace ... help, please

Hello,
I'm a homeowner trying to re-insure a small house that has a dual-sided gravity wall furnace. The furnace is very old, works well, passes inspections, but insurance co. is balking at the age--which I'm only guessing is vintage 1960. I'm thinking I could get lucky and someone will be able to identify it as being newer.
Information on the plate:
Montgomery Ward
Model TX-5779D, Serial 65X-M
50k BTU input, 35k BTU output
Any help, including age guesstimates, would be appreciated.
Note: it does not look like the one in the 1962 M-W catalog in your site library.
Thank you

Age may be important
if you are giving it a birthday party. But wouldn't a going away/retirement party be much more fun?0 -
Monkey wards
They've been out of business for at least 15 years. They stopped selling the heating units WAY before that.
1960 sounds like an accurate guesstimate to me.
Sorry.
