Can CPVC be used in residential hydronic heating to run between the boiler and the baseboards or radiators?
It sounds OK on paper, so long as you do not exceed 180 f or 100 psi. It would also provide some "built-in" insultion.

In short, no. Pex-al-Pex and hpex are oxygen barrier type pex and are made for this application.Just a guy running some pipes.0
