Purchase of finned baseboard?

Where can I purchase finned tube baseboard in the Toronto / Mississauga Ontario area? The manufacturers only sell to the trade in order to keep market share. So what can the diy homeowner do? I have a numbered company if there was some way to buy wholesale I would, otherwise who sells retail?

    I hate to say this because I`m a tradesman, about 400 miles east of you, in my area most "wholesale" places will sell to the public now too. It used to be "standard-practice" at one-time not to, but in my area they do now.
