taco sr503 no power to the boiler new install

any help with this unit would be helpful.It is a new install and all thing work except for the boiler power feed.is it fixable or does it need replacing?

As stated, we need a lot more info. Take a pic if you can and tell us what voltage you have and where. Remember, we are not there with you and unfortunately my crystal ball is broken....;-)
