There are a lot of things to consider it may well be that it can produce a blue flame...the 85 % efficiency seems like something that might best be projected from an independent outside testing agency...Sounds like a constructive and positive response to the areas economy. It might play well with the paper mills previous investments to make pellets in conjunction with the development of the boiler in their area...
