sure you are limited to about 15 BTU per square foot on wall QT (4 foot high, drywall, 120 +/- water temps) Do the calcs. It does make for some nice additional heat if do able..

Has anyone tried using quick track on walls for large areas, I have a performing arts building that is looking for a more efficent way to heat. Approx 4500-5000 sq. ft. 30ft. Celings. Thanks for any input

You didn't mention about the floor, which is where we usually put it. Is there a specific reason why you are considering the walls? Is there something that prevents you from getting enough BTU"S out of the floor for this install? High ceilings are not usually a problem and radiant is an excellent application for this kind of situation. Pardon the pun,but "what's up"?

We've done low walls near windows.

We've done low walls near large windows to to reduce the "cold sucking effect" when standing near them.

The building is alrady up and puting it in the floor would require removing all the seats. I can be done, but it would be alot easier puting it on the walls

Do you think there would be a problem with the pepole next to the rads being to hot and those in the center to cool

so than if the radiant wall was heated. The people in the center are further away form the outside/cold/heatloss. They don't need to be warmed up as much as the people next to the windows....kpc
