Converting pressure drop to hydraulic resistance

I am trying to calculate the hydraulic resistance of a zone. Some components, I can only find listed as pressure drop values such as my CIBB and the boiler itself. I have a pressure drop chart that lists an 18' CIBB with 4 GPM flow as having 4.81 PSI pressure drop. I want to convert to a hydraulic resistance. Do I multiply 4.81 by 2.31 to get the hydraulic resistance?
