central heating radiator problems

in THE MAIN WALL
hi. turned heating on only rads upstairs working all down cold have bled system on drainoff and bleed screws on top of rads ,some rads seem to have lots of air bubbles when hose on drain off.

    Need lots more info. Do you have zone valves or circulators? Sounds like either a failed zone valve or failed circulator. Is the system zoned? What pressure does your boiler read? Pictures of boiler & piping?
