    Mobile Home heat pump?

Hello all, i am looking at changing from an oil furnace to natural gas furnace and was wondering if a heat pump could also be used like most new homes around here are using?

    thanks for all replys

Hello Dave, thanks for your reply

Lower mainland in B.C. which is the same climate and weather as Seattle. Home is 24 years old but has been extensively rebuilt with 2x6 exterior walls, thermo windows and 10 inches insulation in the attic now.

You may want to install a high efficient heat pump for primary and a gas furnace as secondary. I have installed many systems like that and they work great. Be sure to have an outdoor thermostat installed so it switches over at the set temperature.
