I have no experiance with these boilers, I think they are Korean?

Just a sugg, check all the sensors. The instructions must state a way to Ohm test the sensors to make sure they are operating properly. Also most instructions with computer controlled boilers have a troubleshooting flowchart to give you an idea of what to check.

Check gas pressure at the boiler, etc.

Look for obstructions in teh intake/exhaust piping.

Any air in the system? Pumps working?

Call the manufacturer, and build a fire while you wait Alaska must be on the cold side these days....

Keep us posted

We are having problems with our new installation of this unit. The owners guide doesnt address (NO CODE) issues for the FR5 that came with the unit. Here's the problem at this time.
The water temp will not get above 90-100 degrees in the primary loop and the system short cycles, on for 30-45 seconds then off for about same amount of time then cycles again.

Make sure the FR5 is set to the proper mode. Either water temperture(left button) or room temperture (middle button).for your application. If unit runs in DHW mode, the flow valve is stuck in the domestic water postion. It has a paddle type flapper inside it. It removes with a retaining clip. Clean it out and try it agin.
I've included the manual just in case you don't have it.
