    odcman,

Very interesting. Is your air distribution system is zoned? My heat loss is an order of magnitude higher so I don't think I can get away with such lowair flow. What do you use for humidity control and AC?

    true pool heatloss

do i understand right that the pool is indoors?

if so i would think the mantaince btu's for the pool are a lot lower than to heat the pool from a cold start?

instead of 2 boilers what about a second indirect as a preheat for DHW send all retrun water there to reduce the return temp to the boiler?

Yes, the pool is in a pool room with the house on 2 sides and outside glass walls on the other 2 sides. Half of the roof is glass. I'm sure that maintenance btu's of the pool are quite low compared to a cold start, especially with the air temp in the pool room 2°F warmer.

What do you mean "send all return water there to reduce the return temp to the boiler"?
