i have a steam boiler weil mclain bl 776 ws with a reillo mechtron m15 --i'm not getting enough steam --the burner is running with a 2.75 gph nozzle (im buying the reillo pressure test kit tomorrow to check pressure)-boiler is rated for 4.25 gph-i think the nozzle is too small --i don't have much experience with the reillo --i need some basic settings for this set-up can anyone give me a starting point - pump pressure nozzle size air shutter and the assembly insertion ( or z setting) ---i will be going to the job tomorrow -with oil pressure test guage and my analyzer

Here are some initial setup settings for the M15:
2.5 gph nozzle 45-60 degree,
145 psig,
Turbulator setting: 1.0,
Air Damper: 2.6
3.0 gph nozzle 45-60 degree,
145 psig,
Turbulator setting: 1.5,
Air Damper: 2.8
3.5 gph nozzle 45-60 degree, 145 psig, Turbulator setting: 2.5, Air Damper: 3.30
