Best way to clear out the chamber is with a flexible nozzle through the burner flange. When your done just replace the flange gasket and re-mount the burner. Dont forget to check the Z dimention while you have the burner out.

As Norm said you can clean through the burner mounting hole, however many of this units by now have flue gas seepage by the chamber mounting plate and I now use 3/8 stove rope around the plate glued on with RTV Silicone and it makes a better seal than the gastket material that is sent with the chamber kits. I was told by Al from Portland I think that a bit of anti-seeze on the boiler before putting back together will keep the gasket from sticking in the future.0
