help: want to move my radiator to the corner away from the windo

this is my first post so please bare with me. i rent a 2 bedroom apartment and one of the bedrooms has the radiator front of the window, the handle recently broke off and i now have to use a wrench to open and close it, now that part of is stripped and my landlord is planning on replacing the old radiator with a new one. is it possible for him to run a connector pipe to the corner about 5 feet away from where the pipe runs out of the floor and run it along the wall so i dont have to keep the radiator in the same place in front of the window and keep it in the corner. the other bedroom has the radiator in the corner, but the pipe runs up directly underneath it. it would be so much more practical and conveinent if this is possible? is there a term/process/approach into doing this and what should i tell him. i would like to have him fix this very soon and i know he has to replace the radiator that is there now.

The radiators were placed in front of the window to kill the chill coming off the glass in the winter.
I believe it can be moved. Make sure to keep the same size pipe and make sure to pitch it up at least 1" for every 10' of horizontal run.0
