like you are riding high on your temp rise and the limit is taking it out.

Lack of airflow.

    furnace faults out after reaching set temp on thermostat.main blower&inducerblower stay running.manual says typically caused by gas valve that leaks through or is slow to close.put new valve on still same problem. help,THANKS IN ADVANCE..

    Furnace fault

    Some counterflow furnaces were doing this @ end of cycle--residual heat would trip limit @ blower compartment. Age of unit? Possibly need to reset fan off time/temp.
