Problems with air in the system - hot water boiler/baseboard

We live in a 2 floor center colonial home with hot water heating/baseboard. I have 3 zone heating with control valve on the return.
Each floor has 2 loops joined just before entering in the solenoid valve, on the return, entering the pump.
A strange thing is going on: upstairs one loop is working and the other one it doesn't. I tried to purge the air but I was not capable. I need help to find out what do I need to do.
It sounds like there is an air plug in the pipes and unfortunately i do not have an air vent to purge the air at the highest point. I have an air vent on the loop that works.

Thank you for the advice. I contacted a plumber that had installed in my house previously a whole new zone. He managed to purged the air and now we have heat. I still do not understand what is the proper way. He did it while I was not home.
