Controls for Constant Circ./TRV's

Buderus boiler, r2107, bfu room sensor and radiators on trvs is a great set up. Whats redundant about it? The trvs dont call the boiler or control the boiler water temp. They just limit the heat for each rad so rooms stay comfortable.

    Controls for Constant Circ./TRV's

I am considering revamping my current sytem which is split with hot air (gasp) in the front of my house and radiant floor(controlled by a Tekmar 356 and injection pump)in the back. The new system would be a Buderus G124x, R2107, and DHW indirect tank. I am planning on keeping the radiant the same, but converting the front to cast iron rads and baseboard. I am planning constant circulation and TRV's. I am struggling with the ideal way to control the constant circulation pump so that it does not run all year. I have considered a simple outdoor thermostat and relay. I realize that a room sensor w/ the 2107 would do the trick, but it seems redundant with the TRV's. Am I missing something? Is there some better way?

Not being intimately familiar with the BFU, my assumption is that the TRV and the BFU would feedback with each other...maybe that is an incorrect assumption. Or do you put the BFU in a room without a TRV?
