I have a 10 year old peerless cast iron steam boiler. It is giving hot water but the steam is not risng to heat the house. Please help anyone.

my heating system is a york diamond 80, it has a automatic pilot ignition system, the fan runs but the burners don't light. what seems to be the problem. thanks.0 -

Furnace problem
Was your air filter plugged with dirt, or maybe return air grills covered in house or supply registers closed. Sounds like possibly the furnace limit is open causing fan to run but burners won't. Also could be ignition failure, some furnaces turn fan on with fan timer only and no heat sensitive fan switch. 1st make sure filter clean and then try turning power off for one minute to furnace and then back on and see if it fires.
