in THE MAIN WALL
a Gorton #1 to the longer main along with the existing #2. That should balance the two mains.

If the system is still slow, maybe you should have a steam pro look at it. Try the Find a Professional page of this site.

    Enough venting ?

    I have the following one pipe steam :

    two legs 1st - 2" x 38' with Gorton #2 / 2nd - 2" x 52' with Gorton #2

    System takes 7 min to heat main's after steam is made. Both legs get vented approx the same time. Is this fast enough ? Do I have enough venting ?
