A fun Joint project between Rich Ferris and myself, it was nice not to have to use the big pipe wrenches, we had a funny problem with one of the senssors but Rich got it figured out, seems when the boiler prob got hot it stopped working, oh well, first time, have had great success with the 2107 and will surely stick with them,
Great job Rich !!

Very Neat Job
I like the detail.
Are you looking for you 3/4 " tight cutter ? It's behind the water heater..
I did not notice the draft regulator ? Sure it 's there ........
What's the ceiling transformer for ?
Is that the O.E.M. NPT 3/4" draw off in a purge tee ?
Use a 1 1/4" ball valve and a heal tee before the air scoop and after the L.W.C.O. for a purge. It will save you a call back from a dirty or fowled L.W.C.O. probe.. Been there done that...
I notice the extra valve after the feed valve . I see a serviceman on the job....
Need just a little work on the oil lines . I don't like that flip of the return braided line. Is the supply on the the other side ? Try installing the fire-o-matic and a Gerber on the door approach side. Add the gauge for more wow.. Drop the lines for neatness . Detail for the big bucks
I like to install a ball valves for normal position downward handle. Saves a call if someone is working around the boiler after I left.
Nice neat job. nice sweats.
Do you run the line through the L.W.C.O. first ? Use it as a surge protecter ?
Band iron or threaded rod ?
No diet soda ? Where is the fat F@&#$ ?0 -
Nice looking job Dave. I thought it was a tape measure behind the tank. I think we all lose tools on most big jobs. Don't forget the service switch on the handybox before inspection, from what you posted lately you'lve been busy. It's easier to check the chimney base if you don't cement the 90 tight to the wall. I think the oil line looks fine , a little cement to hold it in place is a nice touch,(good use for the doctor pepper- you probably like moxie too) Why the 2 different pumps?0
