We need alitle more info.
What does your house have for heat in the rooms ? Are they panel radiators that hang on the wall ?
I am thinking you might have constant circulation and each room has a thermostatic radiator valve to set the temperature for each panel.
Have you found Any Control on a wall ?
How is your domestic hot water made ?
Pictures are a Great Help.

You may have a timer on the boiler for contoling the central heating. If its a combi as long as the appliance is turned on you will get hot water.
More info like the previous suggests will help us help you.0
