Air to Air Heat Exchangers

Hey Gang-
I have an elementary school boiler plant and mechanical retrofit job here in MA. Corridors need ventilation (never had it).
One option on the table is to use sensible-only air to air heat exchangers. Residentially, Lifebreath seems to be the type but for this more commercial/institutional application, I am looking at the DesChamps EZ.
I am sure that there are others. I need three names for comptitive public work bidding requirements.
Higher quality is key, with dual (two-stage) exchangers. Many of you use these in higher-end homes and they might have a "bigger brother" line for the commercial world.
What names have you used and have been given good support?
Thanks!
Brad

Heat X
Is a brand of sensible only ATA HX that I have used in natatorium design. Wanted to recover the heat, not the humidity. The link http://www.xetexinc.com/energy_recovery/products/flat_plate_exchangers.html0 -
Stirling Tech?
They make a very nice ERV system from what I can tell. Jerry pointed them out to me since Stirling uses standard filters and other components in this wheel that make them a lot less expensive to maintain than some HRV/ERV cores.0 -
Others are...
These are not sensible only, but if you need commercial manufacturer's of Energy Recovery Units, the ones we commonly either design on, or accept as "equals" are:
Carnes, Greenheck, MicroMetl and Semco. This will at least give you 3 to bid. An alternate, not quite as effective as the others is RenewAire.0 -
Other HEX AHU's
I've used Venmar units up to 15,000CFM, and Engineered Air semi-custom LM series units with both heat pipe coils and the Hoval cross flow plate type heat exchangers, up to 18,000 CFM, no issues. I see the DesChamps and the Venmar units as almost "equal" when it comes to the larger commercial applications, using either heat-pipe coils or the cross-flow plate type heat exchangers. Our local large HVAC supplier that handles the Venmar stuff is pretty good, and it all depends on who handles them in your area.0
