Chance are this will be the only present your child will receive for Christmas.

In new york city a person can also go to the general post office in your area and read through the letters from families in need of santa. these families are usally not under the help of a program. I have been doing this for a couple of years now and have gotten many of my freinds and assosiates involved so that we now try to help 2 or 3 families. it is a bit more work (reading through the letters to find the ones that are not scams,meeting and aranging for drop offs, shopping and wraping) but from the first year that I did it I truly felt like I had made a difference in some strangers life.
